If you’d like to chat through wedding ideas please do book an appointment with us, so that we can ensure we have enough time to spend with you. 

Absolutely! We are a busy little shop, and normally have a huge selection of gorgeous blooms for you to browse, as well as cute plants to take away with you. We’re happy to make you up a bouquet while you wait, but you may need to pop back if you would like something more time consuming like a basket or vase arrangement. 

Not a problem! We are used to people being out when we deliver. If you have a secure place we can leave the flowers, such as a shed or greenhouse, then we will leave them there. If not we will try and leave them with a neighbour  If none of these are an option, we will return them to the shop and re-deliver later. We will always leave a card through your door to let you know where your flowers are.

Yes. If you’d like to make a change, please call us, rather than sending an email or social media message. 

If you have ordered specific flowers, which we have ordered in especially for you, then we will need to know about any amendments at least four days before. If  you would like to simply to change the dlivery address, or card message then we are quite happy to do that on or before 8.30am on the day of delivery. 

During our busiest times, such as Mother’s Day or Valentines, it becomes a little more difficult to change things, simply because of the sheer volume of orders we have, but please give us a call and we will certainly help in any way we can! 

You can certainly choose what goes into your bouquet! If you have specific ideas, it would be great to have as much notice as possible, so that we can order anything in specifically for you. You can also pop in to our shop and choose from our gorgeous flowers that we have in stock, and we can make it up into a bouquet there and then for you to take away.  

We charge a flat rate of £5.95 for our day to day deliveries. 

Certainly, just let us know what you’d like to say, and we will hand write the message for you. We have lots of different personal message cards, so please do advise us if it is for a specific occasion and we can pick a suitable card for you. 

We will deliver to any address you give us within our delivery area. If there is any problem with delivery, we will give you a call using the number you provide. 

Yes, please do give us a call and one of our team will be able to help you. 

 If you are ordering online, you will get a confirmation of order from our website (Beware – it sometimes heads straight to the junk box!) and also a confirmation of payment from Paypal.

Certainly, you can give us a call and order in advance to collect. We do ask for payment over the phone, so please make sure you have your card to hand! Alternatively, you can pop in and we can make you up a bouquet to take away, this normally takes about 15 minutes.
