With the hot summer weather still continuing, the wedding season is in full swing! This last month has been hectic with weddings and the organising of exciting events for the next few months!
The last weekend in July saw my largest wedding of the year so far, with an array of sunflowers and blue hydrangea decorating the beautiful Langdon Court. Gen and Andy had an absolutely stunning day to celebrate their wedding day in this beautiful setting.
Their cake design was something a little unusual, with a waterfall of sunflowers and smaller purple flowers decorating between each layer. It took almost an hour to decorate, but the finished effect was well worth it.
I have also been working on some dates for a selection of workshops over the next few months! I am very excited to be working with The Devonport Guildhall where I will be holding two fantastic workshops over the summer holidays. Open to all ages from age 8 upwards, the workshops will be held on Tuesday 12th & 26th August from 10 – 1, and there is a splendid cafe downstairs if you would want to stop for some lunch!
