Last week saw the first of my new workshops. Lots of lovely ladies came along to create seasonal arrangements to decorate their homes.
We made three lovely pieces, an Easter wreath, hand tied bouquet in a wicker nest and an Easter tree, and although everyone had the same materials to use, it was interesting to see how different each piece turned out!
Good Friday marked the first of a full summer of weddings. Suitably spring like, Catherine carried a stunning bouquet of white and yellow flowers including lily of the valley and narcissi. There were also bridesmaids, buttonholes and guest tables of elegant candelabra. It was lovely to see the Easter theme subtly shown throughout the wedding with each guest place decorated with a Lindt bunny!
I have just received a lovely email from the Brides Mum, it is so lovely that after their busy weekend, she has taken the time to write…
Hi Hannah
Just to say thank you for the beautiful flowers supplied at Langdon Court on Friday for Catherine’s ‘big day’, The whole day was beautiful, even the weather ‘played ball’.
I think you’ll become the family’s favourite florist from now on.
We’d be happy too recommend you!
Looking forward to this week! There are lots of new Brides to see, and the week is ending with another wedding!
